A campaign project promoting the use of pop-up shops to the public. Neon is the main colour palette of this project to emphasise the 'in your face' and 'popping up' nature of pop-up shops. The variety of shapes show the variety of pop-up shops that are available - lots! The idea for using 3d shapes on the poster also shows the way pop-up shops pop out of nowhere.
Creating a video of the poster placed in a city environment allows for the public to interact just by showing an interest to a 3d neon poster that is unlike the normal posters they will encounter in their day-to-day lives.
I have also proposed an app idea which focusses on being a guide to help you start your own pop-up shop business. The 'how-to' of pop-up shops using the shapes from the poster and the neon colours on a brick background to emphasise the urban character of pop-up shops.
Since I created this project the poster has developed further, becoming larger A0 scale and I have added more shapes. Images of this new poster to come.
